Why Provision

“Once you take that oath of office,” he said, “you have a fiduciary duty to the public — you have to put the public’s interest before your own.”

We believe in the power of good governance.

Board of Directors who know not only what to do, but know what’s right.    We believe in Boards who take steps to be as effective as they possibly can, embodying the principles of effective board service.

We understand that board service is a volunteer position!

Considerate of the dynamics of volunteerism, through both personal and professional assignments, we strive to empower your governance ability through the timely secure, analysis and retention of key operation information.

We are not a management company.

Provision has intentionally reserved our skillset to encourage a board-independent-governance-model. Instead of being forced to limit board service to that of a ‘guard-dog’, assigning key services to an agent outside of a management company frees you to excel as a ‘guide-dog’.
