Felicia Williams is Co-Founder and Director of Finance of Provision Business Solutions, LLC, where she brings nearly two decades of experience in financial management, business operations, and consulting. As an owner and operator of the firm, Felicia supports leadership teams by translating complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable insight that strengthens decision-making and organizational performance.
Through Provision, Felicia partners with charter schools and nonprofit organizations to provide premium business office and financial services. Her areas of expertise include financial reporting, grants management, strategic budget management, key performance indicator monitoring, audit and borrowing facilitation, accounts payable management, and state and federal compliance reporting.
